Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SpacePOP, including the Shopify embedded app, storefront popup tools, analytics, web pixel, theme app extension, billing flows, and related services.

By installing, accessing, or using SpacePOP, you represent that you are authorized to bind the merchant or business that owns the Shopify store. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

SpacePOP helps Shopify merchants create and manage storefront popups, personalized post-purchase experiences, campaign analytics, attribution, and integrations with Shopify and selected third-party services.

The App may use Shopify APIs, mandatory webhooks, theme app extensions, web pixel extensions, billing APIs, and merchant-configured integrations to provide these services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify store, keeping account credentials secure, and ensuring that only authorized staff use SpacePOP.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your store or authorized users, including campaign configuration, data exports, integrations, and billing changes.

Paid SpacePOP plans are billed through Shopify Billing or Shopify Managed Pricing where applicable. Pricing, trial terms, usage limits, and renewal details are shown before plan approval.

You may cancel or change plans through the App or Shopify Admin when available. Cancellation stops future billing according to Shopify's billing flow, but it does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly approved by SpacePOP.

If a payment fails, subscription status changes, or Shopify reports a billing problem, access to paid features may be limited until billing is resolved.

Use of SpacePOP is subject to our Privacy Policy. You must maintain a storefront privacy policy and any consent notices required for your use of SpacePOP, Shopify customer data, marketing tools, analytics, pixels, and integrations.

You authorize SpacePOP to process store, customer, order, popup, billing, and analytics data as needed to provide the App, comply with Shopify requirements, support merchants, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

You must not use SpacePOP to collect sensitive data, unlawful data, or data you are not authorized to process.

You may not use SpacePOP to violate laws, infringe rights, mislead customers, distribute malware, bypass Shopify checkout, send unlawful marketing, scrape or resell data, overload systems, or interfere with Shopify or SpacePOP infrastructure.

You are responsible for campaign content, offers, discounts, claims, branding, links, and customer-facing messages created through the App.

SpacePOP may connect with Shopify and optional third-party services. You are responsible for enabling, configuring, and maintaining any third-party account, credential, webhook, API key, or integration you choose to use.

You grant SpacePOP permission to host, process, display, and transmit your campaign content, images, templates, configuration, and integration data solely as needed to provide and improve the App.

We work to keep SpacePOP reliable, but the App may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, Shopify platform issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve the App, maintain security, comply with Shopify requirements, or respond to operational needs.

SpacePOP is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific revenue results, conversion lift, or compatibility with every theme, app, browser, or merchant workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpacePOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the App.

These Terms remain in effect while you use SpacePOP. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from Shopify and cancelling any active paid plan.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse data, fail to pay applicable charges, create security risk, or use the App in a way that may harm merchants, customers, Shopify, or SpacePOP.

After termination or uninstall, we may retain limited records as required for legal, billing, security, compliance, support, and dispute-resolution purposes.
